How many sites can I run on Group?
Up to 9. Group is £99/month and includes the first 3 sites. Sites 4 through 9 are £25/month each, added and billed automatically as you turn them on.
What if I have 10 or more sites?
That's our Chain plan, custom pricing for 10+ sites with onboarding and rota migration done for you. Get in touch and we'll size it to you.
Can staff work across multiple sites?
Yes. Add a person once, tick which sites they can work at, and they'll show up as available at each one. Their hours roll up across sites for pay and holiday accrual.
Can a manager see only their site?
Yes. Assign each manager to one site or a cluster of sites. They see and edit only what you give them access to. Owners see the whole group.
Is there a limit on staff per site?
No. Every paid plan is unlimited staff. You only ever pay for sites, not seats.
