Do you integrate with Xero?
Crewo works with Xero via a one-click CSV export you import into Xero Payroll. It includes hours, gross pay, employer NI, pension and holiday accrual per person. A direct Xero integration is on the roadmap; for now the CSV route is what most of our customers use.
Do you integrate with Sage, QuickBooks or BrightPay?
Same answer as Xero. Export the period from Crewo, import the CSV into your payroll software. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
What if my payroll software isn't listed?
If it can import a CSV, it works with Crewo. The export uses standard column headings (name, NI number, hours, gross, employer NI, pension, holiday) so you can map them in any payroll tool.
How does Crewo know my sales for labour cost percentage?
You enter the weekly sales figure into Crewo and it shows labour cost as a percentage of sales in real time. No integration fees, no vendor lock-in.
Can I export just one person, or one week?
Yes. Pick the period and, if you want, filter by person or team before exporting. The PDF summary is designed to be forwarded to your bookkeeper or accountant.
